Returns / Refund Policy

At Pro Phone Holder, we want you to shop with confidence. This Returns / Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and eligible exchanges are handled for orders placed through ProPhoneHolder.com.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be requested for return within 30 days after the tracking-confirmed delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be in unused or like-new condition;
  • be returned with original packaging, if available;
  • not be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accident, or normal wear and tear;
  • and meet any other eligibility requirements described in this policy.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • items returned outside the 30-day return window;
  • items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or misuse;
  • items missing key parts or packaging where return condition is materially affected;
  • final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase;
  • and any items otherwise identified on the product page as non-returnable.

4. How to Start a Return

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • email address used for the purchase;
  • the item(s) you want to return;
  • and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

7. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider;
  • shipping charges are generally not refunded unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item;
  • and partial refunds may be issued when appropriate.

8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, color, model, or variation, the fastest option may be to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may deduct any carrier fees, return shipping costs, or other applicable charges from the refund where permitted by law.

10. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it is placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@prophoneholder.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead need to follow the return process.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work to resolve it.

Improper or premature chargebacks may delay resolution and may require us to provide order, shipping, and communication records to the payment provider.
