Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pro Phone Holder. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through ProPhoneHolder.com.
1. Shipping Area
Pro Phone Holder currently sells and ships to customers within the United States only.
We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
- In some cases, processing may take longer due to high order volume, payment review, inventory verification, weather events, carrier disruptions, or supplier delays.
3. Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
- your location;
- carrier delays;
- weather;
- holiday volume;
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- and supplier or fulfillment delays.
4. Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States.
If free shipping is offered on the Site, it applies only as described at checkout or on the applicable product page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time.
5. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 6 to 11 business days from the date the order is placed, based on:
- 1 to 3 business days for processing, plus
- 5 to 8 business days for shipping.
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
6. Dropshipping and Third-Party Fulfillment
Some or all products sold by Pro Phone Holder may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.
As a result:
- packaging may vary;
- products may ship from different fulfillment locations;
- tracking updates may take time to appear;
- and occasional delays outside our control may occur.
7. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
8. Delays
While we work to ship orders within the timeframes listed above, delays may occasionally happen.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we may contact you using the information provided at checkout.
9. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, processing or delivery may be delayed. If an order is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- verify the shipping address;
- check around your delivery location;
- check with household members, neighbors, or building management;
- and contact the carrier.
